Fine Art Portrait Photography/Headshots/Models

Welcome to Jacinda Gregory Photography! We know that you have a lot of choices and we are proud you are looking at what we have to offer to your unique needs.
Hi there!

Thank you for taking the time to look at our website. What we strive to do here every day is create stunning portaits that you can be proud of for years to come. Everyone has a different reason for wanting portraits done. Sometimes it is to have professional headshot to put on your business cards, or website. Sometimes it is to use as a gift to a special loved one. Sometimes it is to just be able look at something that makes you feel good about yourself. But, whatever the reason we are here to help you take incredibly stunning portraits.

In this day and age everyone has the ability to take pictures and everyone loves documenting life events. But, how many of those pictures ever make it off your phone and if they do are they just going onto social media? We want to create portraits that you are proud to hang on your wall and show with pride. We want them to show your personality in every portrait. We want the portraits to be able to tell your story with just one look.

During our session we take the time to get to know you and what it is exactly that you are looking for. We go through and only edit the best of the best. We put ourselves in your shoes and offer the best customer service experience because you deserve it.

Here is a little bit of information about your photographer:

Jacinda Gregory is a female photographer who is a mom, wife, artist, and perfectionist. She has a bachelor degree in business administration and is a self taught photographer. She has loved every art since she was in the 1st grade where she stared in her very first play. She had a Polaroid camera that she took everywhere with her as a child. (Yeah I know, a Polaroid :) She loves helping people and that is what she makes her life mission. She understands that everyone has different tastes and she completely understands if her style of portraiture  is not what you want. We hope that you love it, but understand if you don't. We listen to what our clients want and tailor to create a perfect combination of both our visions.

She meets on location of your choice, with an assistant, this will be a relaxed and calm time,  it is stress free and she strives very hard to make sure that it is not chaotic.

Our policy is to give you the best experience possible. If you are not 100% satisfied we will do everthing in our power to correct it. We offer wall art and memories that will be cherished for a lifetime. We only use the best companies for print.  We will personally make sure that your product is perfect for you and your loved ones, everytime, no exceptions.
Things you may be wondering about...
The following are a few questions and answers to help you understand my process and what you can expect.
What should I wear?
You don't need to match all your family with the exact color or same type of clothing. Simply using a similar color palette works well. Most importantly, wear something that makes you comfortable and confident!
Do I really need a contract?
A contract is very important for both of us. This provides you with a secured date and time as well as a good understanding of what is expected of everyone. Please sign the portrait contract, online, prior to the session, or you can bring a printed and signed copy of it with you. I will not be able to print you a copy while on location and I will not be able to take your portraits without the signed contract.
Do you cover up blemishes and scars?
While editing I want the client to feel as beautiful as possible so I will edit these in most situations. But, we are all unique in our own ways and I won't over edit what makes us humans.
Can I bring people with me for support?
It is always important to have a support system. However, in this environment it can be a bit distracting. We get so wrapped up in the fun of the shoot that sometimes we just look silly, and in order to get the most natural expressions we asked that if they come they stay back a few yards while we chat and shoot. They are more than welcomed but we do ask they stay a bit at a distance.
Can I book my session but pay later, what if I change my mind?
In order for me to hold your spot I require full payment of the session fees for all portrait sessions.  All sessions fees are nonrefundable. If you have to reschedule your session, please provide 48-hours notice. Canceling your session without 48 hours notice may result in forfeit of your session fees. When rescheduling all fees will be transferred. All session fees are non-refundable.
How do I see my photographs?
After your photographs are ready we will have a revealing/ordering session. These will be printed so that you can see exactly what the products will look like. It will be at this time that you place your order for prints. It is important that all the decision makers are present for the revealing session. Other loved ones that would be interested in making purchuses are also welcomed to attend the revealing session.  For every print you buy you will recieve a watermarked copy for social media. Clients average from $500-$1200 in print sales per session.
Is there anything that I cannot do with my photos?
Yes. You would not be allowed to alter the photos in anyway. This includes but not limited to:
  • Removing watermark
  • cropping
  • editing with any software
I do not provide unedited images for any reason. We only offer finished products.
